Arrive with clean, product-free skin. No moisturiser or deodorant on the body. Shave before your appointment rather than after, and shower within the 24 hours beforehand so your skin is fresh and ready for an even, flawless result.
Your tan takes around 48 hours to fully process and develop into its final shade, so plan your appointment with that in mind, ideally a couple of days before any event.
We don't advise swimming in a chlorinated pool, as the chlorine can lift and take your tan off. If you do swim, expect your colour to fade more quickly.
It depends on your formula. Wait 6–8 hours after a Malibu Overnight Tan, or around 3 hours after a Rapid Express Tan, before rinsing off.
